Framework agreement for site gardening work at the Directorate of Public Construction and Property Eastern Region

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property shall enter into a framework agreement with 1 (one) provider. The aim of the contract is to ensure that the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's properties are maintained and followed-up, so that the condition of the buildings and properties does not deteriorate and values are maintained. The contracting authority intends to have one company with good competence and sufficient capacity to carry out ongoing and planned work at the relevant properties.This contract is for site gardening work for landscape areas at the above mentioned properties, with options for others in the Directorate of Public Construction and Property Eastern Region to use the contract.Tree management is also included in the contract. The work shall be carried out by a certified tree surgeon and approved by the Directorate of Public Construction and Property. If this competence is provided by a sub-contractor, the tenderer shall have the coordination responsibility for the tree management. Care and pruning of trees shall be carried out as agreed with the Directorate of Public Construction and Property and will be paid according to hours used, based on the offered hourly rates.Due to the properties' historical value, great consideration must be taken when carrying out the work. Particular consideration must be taken so that constructions, buildings, plant material and historical traces in the ground are not damaged. There are, therefore, requirements regarding work with historical properties, parks and sites with a comparable value to the mentioned properties in point 1.1.The properties and landscape areas are listed and are of great public interest. The work shall be carried out without disadvantaging activities at the site. This can require some adaptations from the tenderer as regards the time the work is carried out.If needed, other properties under the Directorate of Public Construction and Property in the eastern region can use this contract.
