The objective of the procurement is to ensure that The Directorate of Public Construction and Property gets a supplier for production, delivery and installation of signs. Installation also means dismounting. The contracting authority expects good quality, service and efficiency from the framework agreement partner.Statsbygg's buildings mainly consists of public buildings. This means that several of the properties are listed buildings, they can be open during the assignments, several properties, such as prisons and child protection properties, require special consideration from the executors and some properties can require security clearance or another form of clearance.The contract will be valid for two years from the signing date, with the possibility for The Directorate of public Construction and Property to extend the agreement for a further one year + one year on verbatim terms. The contract will automatically be extended for 1 year at a time if the Directorate for Public Construction and Property does not give written notification within 3 months of the expiry date that the contract will not be extended. The framework agreement's maximum length will be 4 years.

The Contracting Authority emphasises that the figures are estimates and that the actual volume may vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right that there may be changes to the assignment quantity.
The Contracting Authority shall have the opportunity to arrange their own publication and competitions for stand-alone assignments, or in other special circumstances where one wants to safeguard competitive conditions in the market. Exceptions should also be possible where the tenderer cannot deliver relevant materials within a time and cost that is acceptable to the Directorate of Public Construction and Property.

The tenderer r is required to have a legally established enterprise and sound ability to carry out the task.
Company Registration Certificate: foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate determined by the legislation in the country where the company is registered, (can be omitted if StartBANK ID is given).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have good financial implementation ability.
The Supplier shall be credit worthy or better.
Credit rating from a certified credit rating agency. Not older than 3 month. The entire report shall be submitted, and it shall include the key figures for the last financial year. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.

Description of the service provider's area of expertise. Organisation chart and overview of the number of people the tenderer can currently use within the disciplines contained in the contract as of today's date.
Good competence and good experience with the execution of assignments/framework agreement of equivalent size and complexity is required.
Overview of relevant reference assignments carried out during the last five years with an indication of the contracting authority, the size of the assignment, contract value and dates of execution.
