The objective of the framework agreement is to cover The Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's (FB) need for service and maintenance of white goods at the officer barracks in the different market areas.
The framework agreement can also, if future need should arise, be used to cover any other need of this type of service in The Norwegian Defence Estate Agency.
The framework agreement has 2 components:
1) Fixed annual service. This is performed for a fixed price, over the entire land, to an agreed deadline.
2) Summoned service/repair or brought in device.
