Documentation requirement: An account of the tenderer's quality assurance system and a general description of how it is applied in practice, as well as a detailed table of contents.
Instead of an account, a certificate will be accepted for the company's quality assurance system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001.
Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments mean an ongoing contract for service and maintenance of a large number of properties.
Documentation requirement: List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipient. If the services were for public contracting authorities, this should be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority concerned.
