The tenderer shall document that the company is legally established with a valid Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in professional registry as determined by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
— Credit evaluation/rating from a credit rating institution, not older than 6 months.
— The contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit rating information independent to the documentation submitted by tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers, or the supplier's collaboration partners, should have satisfactory experience from similar assignments.
An overview shall be delivered of the 3 most important, relevant deliveries during the last 3 years, carry out by the tender themselves and/or a collaboration partner, supplier, sub-supplier etc. who will be used in connection with this contract.
Tenderers must have satisfactory capacity to fulfil the assignment.
Description of the tenderer's total manpower and organisation plan.
A statement that the company has available capacity to carry out the assignment.
Tenderers should be able to deliver all of the requested products to all of the Contracting Authority's offices/locations in Annex A Requirement Specification point 1.1.
It is emphasised that the number of locations stated in Annex A Requirement Specification may be changed/increased: Tenderer's binding self-declaration in Annex 3.
Tenderers should have a good and well functioning system for quality assurance/quality management: Tenderers should document their system for quality assurance/ quality management.
If the tender is certified in accordance with internationally recognised standards for quality assurance/control, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the issued certificate.
If the tenderer is not certified, the quality system must be documented. The documentation should at lease include procedures/routines for:
— handling deviations and claims;
— approval of sub-suppliers.
Tenderers should have a good and well-functioning environmental management system: Tenderers should attach a statement regarding their environmental management system. This documentation requirement also applies for any sub providers/manufacturers.
If a tenderer is certified in accordance with internationally recognised standards for environmental management, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the issued certificate.
