Framework agreement for PCs and thin clients for Søre Sunnmøre IKT

Søre Sunnmøre IKT (SSIKT) will, via this procurement, enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier for the procurement of new PCs, thin clients and the accompanying equipment (monitors etc.) for use in municipal service production and administration. SSIKT currently administers somewhere between 4 000 and 5 000 work stations and there will be supplements and replacements of these, as well as new establishments within the entity structure, which will make up most of the procurements under this contract.
The contract extent is unclear and the contracting authority is not bound to a specific procurement volume obligation. The contract will be valid for 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 year.

Qualification requirement 3: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation 3: A company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre shall be enclosed with the tender.

Documentation 5: A reference list is to be enclosed for at least 3 similar assignments, including the name of the customer, the name of the contact person and the extent and length of the contract.

Qualification requirement 5: Tenderers are required to have experience with similar deliveries. Similar deliveries means the delivery of a full range of PC and thin clients with the accompanying equipment to municipalities/other public entities.
