Including a brief description of what they can execute:
— Moving of office work stations (desks, cupboards);
— Moving of cardboard boxes and other packaged goods;
— Moving and packaging of personal ICT equipment;
— Moving and packaging of artwork and decoration;
— Moving of inventory in meeting rooms and other common areas;
— Moving of archives, supplies areola, filing cabinets and safes;
— Moving of large technical devices and equipment;
— Padding of buildings against damage;
— Preparation of plans for moving processes and labelling system;
— Labelling of goods to be moved, rooms and zones;
— Packing, sending, customs clearance, interim storage and delivery of valuable artwork to offices abroad.
Overview of the most important deliveries with equivalent competence areas in the last 3 years, with the following information:
— Name of customer;
— Date;
— Services provided;
— Scope of the services provided.
Confirm that the tenderer has the necessary capacity to be able to execute assignments of moving up to 40 — 50 people during the day, evening and on weekends.
If the tenderer wishes to rely on the capacity of other companies, the tenderer must demonstrate to the Contracting Authority that it will have the necessary resources available, by presenting a commitment statement from these companies.
Norges Bank accepts a maximum of two chains of sub-suppliers.

The service provider must have sufficient professional qualifications to be able to carry out the assignments.
Tenderers must have considerable experience in assisting contracting authorities with equivalent assignments.
The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.
