Nedre Romerike innkjøpssamarbeid

A contract shall be signed for insurance broker services for property insurance and insurance of persons for Aurskog-Høland, Enebakk, Fet, Nittedal, Rælingen and Sørum municipalities. Sørum municipality shall have a contract for the insurance of persons, but only an option for property insurance. In addition Lørenskog municipality shall have an option for both areas.
The contract is for consultancy, analysis, signing insurance contracts and the management of them for all the municipalities. See the requirement specifications in Annex 1 of the framework agreement for further information.
The estimated contract value is 520 000 NOK, excluding VAT per contract year. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

The tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. This shall be documented by a valid tax certificate, not older than 6 months.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company, this shall be documented in the form of a company registration certificate.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit appraisal/rating from a publicly certified credit rating institution, not older than 6 months, shall be enclosed with the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall attach a list of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 years, hereunder information on the value, time and Contracting Authority.

Statement regarding the supplier's quality assurance system/management system.

Alternatively copies of the system certificate issued by accredited certification organisations or equivalent documentation can be submitted.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments means insurance broker assignments for property insurance and insurance of persons for public contracting authorities in Norway.

A good and effective quality management system is required for the provided services.
