Framework agreement for hiring multi-functional machines etc
A framework agreement shall be signed for all of NVE's offices for the following products:
— Multi-functional machines (MFP) with periphery equipment for black/white and colour print outs.
— Print out control tool.
— Document scanner.
NVE has its main office in Oslo and has, in addition, 5 regional offices in Narvik, Trondheim, Førde, Tønsberg and Hamar. NVE also has offices in Stranda and in Kåfjord.
The largest procurement will be for the Oslo office with approx. 450 employees. Tenderers must be able to deliver to all of NVE's locations. The main office has 23 copy machines. The regional offices each have 1-2 machines. 2 of the machines at the main office shall be able to send/receive facimilies.
NVE has 2 document scanners at its main office.
NVE's in the process of replacing its copy machines and scanners. It is estimated that 23 machines at the main office will be replaced in 2016. The scanners will probably be replaced once during the contract period.
The machines have a volume of 5-15 000 clicks per months. Total estimated copy and print out volume for all of NVE per annum: 1 800 000 clicks. Twice as much black/white as colour.
Any reservations that a tenderer has as regards the content of the tender documentation and the attached contract must be specified by the tenderer in the tender letter.

The contract shall include a service contract with toner changes (click-price).
