Oppegård municipality

Oppegård municipality (the contracting authority) intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of fruit and vegetables.
The contract is for the entire municipality, but it will mainly be schools, nurseries, before-and-after-school care, canteens, nursing homes and old peoples' centres that make call-offs, see the overview of delivery places in the municipality in Annex 1 Appendix 1. There can be more/fewer addresses in the contract period.

Requirement:
The tenderer must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation requirement:
Tax and VAT certificate, not older 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
For foreign tenderers:
— Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The statement shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for finance.

— Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers:
— Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
The tenderer is required to have a credit rating equivalent to C1 (moderate to high risk) or better from Proff Forvalt (Eniro Norge)
Documentation requirement:
The Contracting Authority will use Proff Forvalt (Eniro Norway) to assess fulfilment of the requirement. Therefore it is not necessary for the tenderer to submit this documentation..
If a tenderer chooses to use a parent company to fulfil the requirement, a parent company guarantee must be enclosed. The Contracting Authority will then use Proff Forvalt to assess the parent company's credit rating.
Foreign companies shall enclose a credit rating that can correspond to the credit rating/bankruptcy risk of ‘moderate to high bankruptcy risk’.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer is required to have a credit rating equivalent to C1 (moderate to high risk) or better from Proff Forvalt (Eniro Norge).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
The tenderer must have adequate implementation ability.
Documentation requirement:
A description must be given of how the tenderer is organised for the implementation of this contract.
Tenderers shall have very good experience from equivalent contracts.
A list of the most important and relevant assignments in the last three years, including values, dates and recipients. References must be given, and the contracting authority given authority to collect references. When a reference person is contacted, it will be written in the minutes.
