Typical work assignments will be (the list is not exhaustive):
General improvements/maintenance of electrical installations resulting from wear, vandalism, damage, etc.
Assembly of sockets, light fixtures, new courses, etc. resulting from new needs, changes of use, etc.
Automation, computer cabling, internal control.
Electrician work connected to the daily operation and maintenance of technical installations (ventilation installations, etc.).
Electrician work connected to minor alterations/changes in existing buildings.
Assistance when needed for cost calculations, technical clarifications and simple engineering design assignments connected to the above assignments.
Revised drawings after assignments have been completed (such as the building, fire drawings, escape plans, O-plans etc.). Updated drawings are to be returned to the orderer.

DEKF currently manages approx. 360 000 m2 of buildings divided between approx. 190 properties.The buildings include nursing homes, schools, nurseries, welfare buildings, administration buildings, arts and sports centres, listed buildings, as well as flats for rent. This also includes all the units that Drammen municipality has owner interests in that will use the contracts.DEKF procures electrician services for approx. 12 000 000 NOK per annum. The estimated annual procurements is based on previous procurements, and it must not be seen as binding for the volume of procurements under this framework agreement. The procurement of electrician services will vary from year to year, in accordance with the contracting authority's needs.48 000 000

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The last annual accounts, including the annual report of the Board and the auditor's statement.

Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be conducted by a publicly approved credit rating agency. Good solidity is required.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Tenderers shall have experience from a minimum of 3 relevant projects within maintenance and renovation work during the last 3 years.

— Tenderers shall document implementation ability and capacity.

A good and effective quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.

— Professional expertise and capacity. Tenderers are required to have the education, vocational experience and capacity that the framework agreement requires.

— Apprenticeship scheme.
