Framework agreement for digital consulting

The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement on consulting services (assistance and assignments) for consulting, concept development and design and technical development of the existing websites and other digital services. This could be all types of websites, all types of functionality including digital guidelines, forms, electronic case processing, application processing, e-learning systems, apps, etc.
Below are examples of projects that the Contracting Authority evaluates to carry out in the agreement period. The estimate is only a guide and does not obliged the Contracting Authority.
— Development of new websites for The Peace Corp, including Intranet (design and technical development);
— Dynamic (search, sorting, print) mapping of The Peace Corp's activities obtained from CRM;
— Development of concept and design for digital Annual Report from The Peace Corp;
— Concept, design and technical development of an integrated e-learning platform;
— Electronic, web-based application system;
— All integration with The Peace Corp's CRM database;
— Design and technical development of time limited campaigns via websites/social media;
— All forms of maintenance, further development and operation of web pages (publishing solution with integration).
The agreement comprises concept development, information development, information structure and architecture, interaction design, graphic design on web, user testing and other associated assignments to solve this.
Content work.
The Contracting Authority daily performs production of text, pictures, film and graphic content for the website. In some circumstances it will be necessary to ask for assistance with modifications and development of content, statistics and infographics to concept and design, see the requirement form point 4.
