The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement on consulting services (assistance and assignments) for consulting, concept development and design and technical development of the existing websites and other digital services. This could be all types of websites, all types of functionality including digital guidelines, forms, electronic case processing, application processing, e-learning systems, apps, etc.
Below are examples of projects that the Contracting Authority evaluates to carry out in the agreement period. The estimate is only a guide and does not obliged the Contracting Authority.
— Development of new websites for The Peace Corp, including Intranet (design and technical development);
— Dynamic (search, sorting, print) mapping of The Peace Corp's activities obtained from CRM;
— Development of concept and design for digital Annual Report from The Peace Corp;
— Concept, design and technical development of an integrated e-learning platform;
— Electronic, web-based application system;
— All integration with The Peace Corp's CRM database;
— Design and technical development of time limited campaigns via websites/social media;
— All forms of maintenance, further development and operation of web pages (publishing solution with integration).
The agreement comprises concept development, information development, information structure and architecture, interaction design, graphic design on web, user testing and other associated assignments to solve this.
Content work.
The Contracting Authority daily performs production of text, pictures, film and graphic content for the website. In some circumstances it will be necessary to ask for assistance with modifications and development of content, statistics and infographics to concept and design, see the requirement form point 4.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall be registered in a professional register, trade register or company register, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Documentation showing that the tenderer is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise registers as required by the law of the state where the tenderer is established, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have the financial and economic capacity the assignment requires.
Extracts from the company's Annual Financial Statements for 2015 and the auditor's report. If this has not been completed, enclose the company's Annual Financial Statements for 2014 and the auditor's report.
Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for extracts of Annual Financial Statements, may alternatively submit the business plan with the overall plan for funding.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer(s) must have access to resources that have the expertise and implementation ability in the disciplines required by the assignment.
As a minimum, the tenderer(s) must give a description of their organisation/competence environments, and the manner in which the organisation will be used to fulfil the agreement.
NB: Replies to this point shall not include CVs or other references to concrete consultants, as this shall be provided as a reply to the award criteria ‘offered competence’.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer(s) shall have experience from a minimum of 3 assignments in the competence areas 1 to 9 as stated in Annex 1 point 3.
The tenderer(s) shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including information on what competence areas were involved in the delivery.
