Framework agreement for dental consumables

A contract shall be signed with 1 tenderer who can deliver dental consumables in accordance with the attached requirement specifications (see annex 1).
Tenderers shall be full assortment suppliers of dental consumables. Full assortment suppliers means suppliers who, as a minimum, can offer the products specified in the tender form or equivalent, as well as the product groups covered by the matrix ‘other assortment’.

Documentation showing that the tenderer is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise registers as required by the law of the state where the tenderer is established, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Extracts from the company's Annual Financial Statements for 2014 and the auditor's report.
Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for extracts of Annual Financial Statements, may alternatively submit the business plan with the overall plan for funding.
During assessment of the tenderer's financial and economic position, the Contracting Authority will itself obtain a credit assessment from Dun and Bradstreet Norge AS.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must give a description of the organisation, and the manner in which the organisation will be used to carry out the agreement.
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries in the last three years, including information on the time frame and contracting authority.
