Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Company Registration Certificate.

Tenderers are required to satisfy the public authority registration requirements. Printout or certificate from the business register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tax certificate;

The company shall have its tax and duty payments in order.

Any arrears must be justified. If there are significant arrears, the tender offer will be rejected. That the tenderer has their tax, duties and VAT payments in order must be documented with a certificate from The Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old.

Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Wages and working conditions;

It is required that employees are ensured equal wages regardless of nationality, in line with ILO-94 and regulation regarding wages and working conditions in public contracts. Link: Regulations. Self-declaration regarding the company's wages and working conditions.

Credit rating;

Good solidity is required. Haugesund kommune will carry out a credit check through Infotorg / Bisnode Credit AS. Minimum Requirement for credit worthiness: A (creditworthy) Tenderer is requested to enclose acceptance that Haugesund kommune can carry out credit checks through Bisnode Credit AS.

Please confirm in the check-list annex M point 4.

Internal Control System;

There are requirements regarding the tenderer's internal control system in order to comply with the regulations on health, environment and safety work in businesses (the internal control regulations). Tenderers are requested to enclose documentation of the internal control system for compliance with the health, environment and safety work regulations in businesses (the internal control regulations).

References;

Good implementation abilities are required. Emphasis will be put on the tenderer having completed similar assignments as regards scope and size. Documented with a list of at least 4 and a maximum of 5 of the most important deliveries or services performed, which are comparable with this assignment, and which includes information on:

— The value of the delivery (contract value);

— Time (contract period);

— Name and a brief description of the customers;

— E-mail address and name of contact persons at the contracting authorities.

The references will be contacted if necessary.
