Framework agreement for consultancy services for lighting engineering for road and tunnel lighting

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of
lighting assessments, light measurements and the accompanying report writing and
participation in handbook work.
The aim of the framework agreement is to assist the contracting authority professionally and in processes
connected to assignments if the Contracting Authority does not have the capacity itself to execute
the work.
The Contracting Authority shall, at short notice, be able to order services with conditions in
accordance with this contest.
In cases where the Contracting Authority manages projects itself, the framework agreement can
be used to request lighting competence in order to increase
the Contracting Authority's capacity, if this is not covered in our organisation.
Due to unpredictable workloads, it is very difficult to give exact
figures for the expected procurement of services. A guiding value of the framework agreement per
annum can be up to 300 000 NOK in the first year and 500 000 NOK in
subsequent years. The scope can vary from year to year depending on grants for
transport. Please note that the stated cost frame does not obligate
the Contracting Authority.
The start-up date for the framework agreements will be as soon as the contract has been signed. The framework agreement will
be for 2 years from when the contract is signed. The Contracting Authority has an option for
an extension of the framework agreement for up to 2 years, 1 year at a time. The maximum
contract period is 4 years.
