Ringerike municipality

Based on the current statutory requirements for company health services, anchored in the Working Environment Act, working hours and job protection, etc. (the Working Environment Act) § 3-3 and the regulations on organisation, management and contribution §13-1, Ringerike municipality shall have a company health service for its employees.
The contract shall cover all employees in Ringerike municipality. The municipality had 2 188 employees divided between 1 749 man-labour years per 31.12.2015. The municipality has 49 active units and 4 supporting units. The number of units in the municipality is constantly changing. See the organisation chart on the municipality's internet site for a more detailed description. Ringerike municipality is an IA company. The municipality's IA/HSE goals are to improve the working environment, reduce sickness, increase the age people leave working life, prevent people from dropping out and to ensure recruitment of persons with reduced functional ability.

Tax certificates:
Norwegian tenderers shall enclose tax certificates for VAT and tax. These certificates must be presented before the deadline for receipt of tenders and must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for tenders.
Norwegian tenderers who are not subject to VAT must provide confirmation of this from the National Tax Board.
HSE self-declaration.
Tenderers shall submit a self-declaration stating that the tenderer meets, or if awarded the contract, will meet legal requirements in Norway in regard to health, safety and environment.
This self-declaration must be submitted before the tender deadline. The form for the HSE self-declaration is in annex 1.

The company health service shall be certified by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, or shall have applied for such certification in accordance with the regulations on employers' use of a certified company health service and on certification of company health services, FOR-2009-09-10-1173. The tender shall include certification from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, or an application for such certification.

(If the company health service is not certified by the calculated start-up date, the tender can be rejected/notice can be given on the contract with immediate effect).
Relevant experience from corresponding services is required. The service provider's principal deliveries over the last 3 years, including a description of the assignments, the values, time frames and recipients.
If a tenderer intends to use other companies' capacity, documentation shall be enclosed stating that the tenderer will be able to use the necessary resources at the relevant company/sub-supplier, e.g. a written commitment statement or a written cooperation agreement on this between the tenderer and the company/sub-supplier in question.
