HSE self-declaration:
The company shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Annual financial statements for the last 3 fiscal years which includes the Director's report, income statement, balance sheet, notes and auditor's report;
And;
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of tenderers from the company Experian, if this is deemed necessary to provide further details/supplement the received information.

Tenderers shall have experience from assignments of a relevant nature, extent and degree of difficulty in comparable markets with Norway. Tenderers shall describe and document distribution and marketing of major behaviour/attitude campaigns, primarily of a non-commercial character, preferably not older than from 2013.

In addition documentation shall be enclosed with the tender from up to 3 relevant executed campaigns.
Documentation from the executed campaigns shall be enclosed with the tender. The documentation shall include the following information:
— Brief information on and description of the assignment;
— Date;
— Contracting authority;
— What communication assignments and measures have been implemented;
— How the campaigns/measures were evaluated and the effect of the campaigns;
— Size of the assignment in NOK;
— Contact person at the contracting authority with a telephone No and e-mail address. The contact persons can be contacted if needed.
