The Procurement Collaboration in Haugalandet intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of food products to institutions within the following product areas: (1) Fruit and vegetables (2) fish and fish products.
Tenderers can submit a tender for one or both of the product areas. Tenders can also submit a tender for 1 of more of the regions. The tenders will be assessed separately. The contract is for 2 years with a unilateral option for the contracting authority for an extension of 1 year + 1 year.
Region 1: Haugesund, Karmøy, Sveio;
Region 2: Bokn, Etne, Sauda, Suldal, Tysvær and Vindafjord;
Region 3: Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Tysnes.

Tenderers are required to satisfy the public authority registration requirements.
Documented by a printout or certificate from the business register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established (company registration certificate).
The company shall have its tax and duty payments in order.
Any arrears must be justified. If there are significant arrears the tender offer will be rejected. Documented by a certificate form The Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old. Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Haugesund municipality will check your credit through Infotorg / Bisnode Credit AS
Minimum credit rating: A (credit worthy).
The tenderer must enclose acceptance that Haugesund kommune may conduct credit checks through Bisnode Credit AS.
The company's turnover shall be greater than or equal to the limits stated below per annum in the last 2 known accounting years. The limits are equivalent to approx. 3 x the annual turnover for the contracts. One region is to be seen as 1 contract.
If a tender is submitted for several regions or both product areas, the turnover requirement will be the sum of the expected turnover in the regions and within the product areas that a tender has been submitted for.
Tenderers must document satisfactory turnover by enclosing approved annual accounts for the last 2 accounting years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must document that they have the capacity to take on the assignment. Documented by the tenderer enclosing an overview of the company's total workforce and organisation plan.
Tenderers are required to have the necessary equipment to take on the assignment. Documented by a self-declaration.
Good implementation abilities are required.
Minimum three references in accordance with the requirements.
Documented by a list of the three-four most important deliveries or service performed, which are comparable to this assignment, these shall contain information on:
Value of the deliveries (contract value);
Date (contract period);
Names and a brief description of the customers;
E-mail address and name of contact persons at the customers.
References will be contacted if necessary. Emphasis will be put on the tenderer having completed similar assignments as regards scope and size.
