Tenders are wanted for a framework agreement for food products for institutions within the following product areas:(1) Fruit and vegetables approx. 4 000 000 NOK per annum. The contract for fruit and vegetables can increase significantly in region 3, if Stord and Kvinnherad municipalities start making their own dinners. See the information below.(2) Fish and fish products approx. 2 500 000 NOK per annum. The contract for fish and fish products can increase significantly in region 3, if Stord and Kvinnherad municipalities start making their own dinners and use the option to join the contract. See the information below.Tenderers can submit a tender for one or both of the product areas. Tenders can also submit a tender for one of more of the regions. See the division below in this document. Please state which product area(s) and region(s) the tender is for in the tender letter. The tenders will be assessed separately.The contract is for two years with a unilateral option for the contracting authority for an extension of 1 year + 1 year.The value of the agreement is expected to be approx. 6 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The division per area is shown above. The tender is expected to have a total value of approx. 26 600 000 NOK excluding VAT if all the options are taken up, of which fruit/vegetables make up 16 000 000 NOK and fish/fish products make up 10 600 000 NOK.The enquiry is divided into 3 regions where tenderers can submit a tender for one, two, or all three regions. The regions will be assessed separately and there can, therefore, be different winners in the regions.Region 1: Haugesund, Karmøy, SveioRegion 2: Bokn, Etne, Sauda, Suldal, Tysvær and VindafjordRegion 3: Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and TysnesThe turnover is divided up in approx. the following way between the regions and product areas:Region 1: 55 % and 60 % (Fruit and vegetables approx. 2 200 000 NOK per annum, fish and fish products approx. 1 500 000 NOK per annum).Region 2: 29 % and 24 % (Fruit and vegetables approx. 1 150 000 NOK per annum, fish and fish products approx. 600 000 NOK per annum).Region 3: 17 % and 16 % (Fruit and vegetables approx. 600 000 NOK per annum, fish and fish products approx. 400 000 NOK per annum).Companies in which the contracting authority is a significant owner have an option to join the contract.Suldal municipality shall have an option to join the contract for both product areas from 1.4.2018. Suldal makes up approx. 3 % of the total volume.Sauda is not included in the enquiry for fish and fish products.Kvinnherad and Stord municipalities do not make their own dinners. They procure ready made dinner portions from a supplier. The current contract for dinner production is valid until 1.11.2016, but there is an option for an extension to 1.11.2017. A decision has not yet been made as to whether the municipalities shall make their own dinners after this. If the municipalities choose to make their own dinners, this will effect the turnover for the contract for fruit and vegetables equivalently to what is described below.Kvinnherad municipality shall have an option to join the contract for fish/fish products. Kvinnherad currently has, per 1.1.2015, 27 % of the population in region 3. If it chooses to take up the option, there can be an increase of 27 %.Stord municipality shall have an option to join the contract for fish/fish products.
