Tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Requirement:
Good experience from similar assignments. Including, but not limited to:
— experience with engineering design services for public contracting authorities;
— engineering design experience as regards Boligbygg's different needs and size (see point 1.2);
— experience with engineering design services for different contract forms;
— experience with municipal/government investment regimes, experience from Oslo municipality's investment regime will be an advantage;
— experience from processes at the Planning and Building Authorities;
— various contracting authorities and Boligbygg's experience with the tenderer.

Overview of the tenderer's principal, relevant contracts in the last 3 years, including information of:
— the contracting authority (including name, telephone no. and e-mail address);
— type of project;
— contract form (framework agreement/single procurement);
— the projects' contract form;
