Company Registration Certificate.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Norwegian companies shall present a certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies are to present an equivalent certificate from the authorities in their home country, in Norwegian with a confirmed translation.

Tax certificate

Tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.

The tax certificate shall not be more than 6 months, from the tender deadline.

Foreign tenderers are to provide certificates from corresponding authorities in the countries where they are registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The complete annual accounts for the last 2 years, including the audit reports.

Alternatively a credit rating from a certified credit rating company that shows that the tenderer is credit worthy.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer is required to have experience from equivalent contracts.

A description shall be provided, of approx. 1 A4 page per project, for up to 5 reference projects with a transferable value. With information on, amongst other things:

— The project name

— Contracting Authority

— The project's size in m2 and value.

— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT.

— The contracting authority's assignments/roles in the projects.

— The start-up date and completion date (year)/if not completed, in what phase is the tenderer

in this project.

— In what phases the assignment was carried out.

Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity).

An overview of the number of employees in the company with the requested competence, divided into disciplines.
