Framework agreement electrical installations

The framework agreement is for electrical work in all the contracting authority's buildings, sites and infrastructure for technical operations and maintenance with the accompanying materials.
Electrical work means, amongst other things, work related to minor alteration, installations, changes and maintenance work on existing buildings, both internally and externally. These are mainly assignments such as adding new computer points and sockets, replacing fittings, troubleshooting electrical work, etc. The service provider is responsible for statutory fireproofing when carrying out installation work. The contract is preferably for work/assignments that are practical to carry out on an hourly basis, but it an also be used for work on minor alterations and renovation.
The work will normally be done within normal working hours, but there will be some work outside normal working hours.
The framework agreement also includes the procurement of electrical material. The contracting authority reserves the right to announce major assignments in separate public notices. Major assignments means, for example, assignments of more than 50 000 NOK and cases where the total assignment comprises several lots. There is an exception for Lom municipality, for which major assignments have a value of approx. 100 000 NOK.
Assignments under the framework agreement are to be carried out in accordance with NS 8406, unless otherwise agreed.
