Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS (ROAF) (Romerike Waste Processing Company)

The main objective is to sign a contract with one contractor for all relevant electrical installation services. In order to the Agreement to provide the required time and cost savings, as well as safety for the contracting authority, the contractor must have sufficient HR for the assignment, updated expertise in lighting systems and air conditioning, modern building automation and energy management, have an efficient booking system and an emergency / roster system. The Contracting Authority expects to be a prioritised customer for the contractor signing the agreement. The tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order and confirm that the company has fulfilled their obligations in regard to the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the legal provisions.
Tenderers shall document that the contract is legally established.
The tenderer shall meet legislated HSE requirements.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract. The tenderer is required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity, profitability and financial solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have an operational internal control system.
The contractor shall have the necessary certifications and approvals, as well as a well-functioning quality assurance system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Corporate social responsibility.
Documentation: Verify that laws and tariffs regarding wages and work conditions are followed.
Kontraktutførelse
Utførelsen av tjenesten er forbeholdt et bestemt yrke:
Norwegian contractors shall present a verification showing that the contractor execute all electrical engineering works in accordance with the Regulations for Electrical Low Voltage Installations and the Norwegian Standards Body NEK (NEK400:2010).
Foreign contractors shall present a confirmation that all electrical engineering works are carried out in accordance with IEC and CENELEC.
