4. Carpentry services: 300 000 NOK per year excluding VAT.
Total: 800 000 NOK per year excluding VAT.

There will, however, also be the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the service provider provides the material required for the execution of the assignment in question. Even if the procurement includes some materials, it is emphasised that this contract does not give exclusivity for the delivery of such materials and that the Contracting Authority is not obliged to purchase materials from the service provider. Søgne kommune is thus free to purchase materials from our other framework agreements and still use the service provider for work that shall be carried out without any mark-up to the agreed prices for works.

Requirement:
The tenderer shall have the tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
Certificate for tax and VAT. The certificate shall not be more than six months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically in Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no
For foreign tenderers:
Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from the country of origin, that substantiate that payment of taxes and duties is in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which verifies that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

Wages and working conditions: The tenderer shall, for the execution of the contract, fulfil the terms according to regulations dated 8.2.2008 no 112 regarding wage and working conditions.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including satisfactory turnover, earnings, degree of liquidity and equity.
Documentation requirement:
Solidity assessment from a certified credit rating company
based on the last accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.

The tenderer can instead choose to attach annual accounts from the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.
The contracting authority can, free of charge, undertake an assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial position by utilising the service Proff™Forvalt (www.forvalt.no)
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Requirement:
Delivery capacity: The tenderer shall have sufficient delivery capacity and qualifications.
Documentation requirement:
A description shall be given of the service provider's technical personnel or technical entities the supplier has at their disposal to fulfil the contract.
The description shall contain the tenderer's average workforce and number of employees in the company that have the professional qualifications (certificate of apprenticeship and similar), that are required for this type of work (Master certificate, craft certificate, authorisations, certifications etc.).

2. Requirement:
Requirement of experience from similar assignments.
The tenderer shall have good experience from the execution of equivalent deliveries.
A list with an overview of equivalent assignments during the previous 3 years. The list shall as a minimum contain:
— Name of customer/contracting authority;
— A brief description of the delivery;
— The date of the assignment;
— The contract value and scope;
— Contact person for the individual delivery, as well as telephone number and email address.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the scope and quality.
3. Requirement:
Quality management: Tenderers shall have systems for quality assurance and an efficient flow of goods.
The documentation shall be provided in one of the following ways:
Alternative 1: Description of the company's procedures regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and continuous analysis and improvement.
Alternative 2: If a tenderer holds an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, this may be enclosed.
4. Requirement:
Approved apprentice business: Tenderer shall be an approved and active apprentice business at the time of contract signing for the framework agreement.
It is a requirement that the tenderer utilise apprentices in the execution of the framework agreement.
The documentation shall be provided in 1 of the following ways:
Alternative 1: Declaration on participation in government approved apprentice scheme as well as confirmation that apprentices will be used throughout the entire agreement period.
Alternative 2: Declaration/documentation from the company that at the time for signing of the contract, they will be connected with a government approved apprentice scheme and that apprentices will be used throughout the agreement period.
