The contract is for framework agreement(s) for consultancy services. The contract(s) shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year.
A framework agreement shall be signed with 1 (one) service provider for each of the service categories stated below (a framework agreement shall be signed for each sub-category within ICT):
A. General project administration;
B. Building assistance and capacity;
C.1. General advice and project management ICT;
C.2. Testing advice and management ICT;
C.3. Performance and system architecture ICT;
D. Procurement assistance and capacity.
