Tromsø kommune [Tromsø municipality]

Tromsø municipality wishes to enter into a contract with a main supplier of cleaning products. The contract will apply to all of the municipality's units/service places. The municipality is to be considered as a customer, with several delivery and invoice addresses.
Municipal companies, arts buildings, the arts centre and municipal foundations can enter into the contract if needed.
Statistics of consumption in 2015 is approx. 6 400 000 NOK. However the consumption may vary from year to year.
Tromsø municipality wishes to achieve the optimum product assortment in regards to standardisation, efficiency and environmental impact.
Tromsø municipality emphasises a standardisation of the product assortment. The municipality requests as few products as possible, particularly products related to daily and periodic cleaning. The tenderer should therefore, when completing the tender forms, list products that can cover several areas in different groups, if this is justifiable in relation to quality.
