Innherred samkommune

The scope and purpose of the procurement.
The competition is for a contract for the delivery of food products to Innherred samkommune for the municipality's institutions. The procurement includes the following product areas:
1. Groceries. (Estimated annual volume — 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT);
2. Meat products (fresh and frozen). (Estimated annual volume — 1 950 000 NOK excluding VAT);
3. Fish and fish food (fresh and frozen). (Estimated annual volume — 450 000 NOK excluding VAT);
4. Fruit, vegetables and potatoes. (Estimated annual volume — 200 000 NOK excluding VAT);
5. Milk and dairy products (liquid). (Estimated annual volume — 650 000 NOK excluding VAT);
6. Milk and dairy products (solid). (Estimated annual volume — 650 000 NOK excluding VAT);
7. Fresh bread and bakery products. (Estimated annual volume — 400 000 NOK excluding VAT). The state volume for Levanger and Verdal municipalities is a total of approx. 7 300 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.
The estimated volumes are based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding.
The contest has one (1) geographical zone consisting of the participating municipalities. Tenderer must deliver to all of the geographical area. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) supplier within each product group/product area. The competition is primarily for deliveries to institutional kitchens in nursing homes in the municipalities. Schools and nurseries are not included in the competition, but larger units with good ordering routines have an option to join the framework agreement.

Changes to the contracting authorities' procurement patterns, due to reforms, etc. within the health sector, shall be included the framework agreement on the same terms as the original contract.
