Company Registration Certificate or equivalent.

1) The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: a Tax and VAT certificate.
2) The tenderer must have a sound financial basis that indicates that the tenderer could serve the contracting authority in the future as well.
Documentation: The tenderer's annual accounts for the previous 2 years as well as auditor's reports for the previous 2 years shall be enclosed.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) The tenderer is required to have experience with implementing assignments of this complexity.
Documentation: A brief description of the most relevant assignment during the last 3 years.
2) Professional capacity and implementation ability.
Documentation: An overview of the tenderer's total manpower and capacity for the implementation of the assignment.
