Ringerike Kommune [Ringerike municipality]

Ringerike kommune (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) extends an invitation to an open tender competition in connection with the procurement of fittings for 1 of the municipality's primary and lower secondary schools.
Sokna school is dimensioned for 200 students, 18 teachers and an administration of 5.
The building is under renovation and shall be completely fitted out with new fittings/furniture.
Søndergaard Rickfelt AS is conducting the competition in cooperation with Ringerike Kommune.
All enquiries shall be carried out via Mercell, see point 2.3). All answers will be anonymised and published in Mercell.
The Contracting Authority shall procure i.a. 200 desks and 200 students chairs, work stations for 15 teachers, storage furniture, meeting room tables and chairs. See the comprehensive product description, Annex 2.
The procurement has an estimated value of 2 000 000 NOK to 2 500 000 NOK.
Ringerike kommune retains the right to fully or partially accept any of the received tender offers or to reject all. This depends on the economical frameworks.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer shall have experience from similar deliveries in the last three years. Documentation: Description of the tenderer''s 3 most relevant assignments in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include information of the assignment's value, date and recipient. (Name, telephone and email). References will be contacted as needed for the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
