The canteen kitchen shall be completely renovated and extended to a larger area. All of the necessary fittings and equipment for the kitchen, washing up, serving part and stores shall be procured. This includes counters for hot and cold food, refrigeration bars, refrigeration room, freezer room, salad bars, convector ovens, hot plates, microwave oven, shelves, dishwasher, trolleys with areas for dinner service, worktops, etc.
The fittings and equipment are to be delivered to the contracting authority's store in good time before the assembly starts. The wanted delivery date is 1 August.
The entire order shall be ready assembled by 25 August. The tenderer will be responsible for the assembly.

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement:
— A credit evaluation/rating from a publicly certified credit rating institution, not older than 6 months, shall be enclosed with the tender.
If for valid reasons the tenderers are unable to submit the documentation as requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderers may prove their economic and financial standing with any other documents that the Contracting Authority is able to accept.

Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement:
— The service provider shall attach a list of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 years, including information on the value, time and contracting authority. Certificates issued or verified by the Contracting Authority can be attached.

Kontraktutførelse

Payment shall be made 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of an invoice. The supplier's invoices shall be specified and documented so that the customer can easily check the invoice in relation to the agreed payment. The customer shall not be charged fees in connection with invoicing. Disbursement shall be specifically stated.
