Fire engine for Etne municipality

Etne kommune

Etne municipality, Fire and Rescue, hereafter called the contracting authority, shall procure a new fire engine.
The vehicle, parts and equipment in this delivery shall be new. The chassis shall have a maximum of 28 tons permitted total weight and an axel distance between 3,9 m and 4,3 m, with an originally built double cabin (internal measurement minimum 2,7 m), of a recognised brand and it shall be a fire engine edition. It is important that the supplier adapts the chassis to the vehicle's total weight, so that the necessary weight reserve, power need, driving comfort and stability are taken care of.
The Fire Service would like an alternative price for a 4 wheel drive alternative 6 x 4 x 4 (pivoting boggi) with steel in-front and air on the boggi with centre differential.
The vehicle, equipment and parts shall be suitable and adapted to the climatic conditions in Etne municipality.

The contracting authority will have requirements in relation to the tenderer's technical qualifications and financial and economic position. The requirements shall ensure that the tenderer is able to comply with the contractual obligations. The extent of the requirements shall be in relation to what shall be delivered.

Tenderers shall present tax certificates from the chief municipal treasurer in the municipality where the tenderer has his main office. These certificates must be presented before the deadline for receipt of tenders and they must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for tenders.

— A statement of the company's total turnover and the turnover for the previous fiscal year.
