Requirement: The tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: Tax Certificate, issued by Altinn, the Tax office or the Tax Collection Office. The certificate shall not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline. Foreign tenderers are to provide certificates from corresponding authorities in the countries where they are registered for tax. If the authorities in the respective countries do not issue such authorisation, the tenderer must present a self-declaration regarding whether there are arrears on taxes and if so, the amount of these. The self declaration must be signed.

Requirements: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate, which has been issued no more than six months before the tender deadline. Confirmation of registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the supplier is established (applies to foreign companies).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirements: Implementation ability — personnel. The tenderer is required to show good ability to carry out the assignment in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority. The tenderer is therefore required to have sufficient capacity to be able to implement the assignment. Documentation: Overview of the number of man labour years with competence in special/important professional fields in connection with the implementation of this contract. The tenderer shall submit an overview of the number of employees and vehicles for implementing the assignment.

Requirement: Implementation ability — equipment The tenderer is required to show good ability to carry out the assignment in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority. The service provider is required, therefore, to have sufficient capacity to be able to complete the task. Documentation: Overview of the equipment, machinery, tools, materials or technical devices that the supplier has at his disposal for fulfilment of this contract. or an Overview of the instruments, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment, including their capacities, which the tenderer can use for the fulfilment of this delivery.

Requirement: Experience from similar assignments. The tenderer is required to have good experience from similar assignments. Documentation: The tenderer must complete Annex 5 — Reference Form, with the (number) most important relevant deliveries in the last three years, including their scope (number of months' work), value, time frame and the contracting authority or recipient. or The tenderer must complete Annex 5 — Reference Form, with the (number) most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including their scope (number of months' work), value, time frame and the contracting authority or recipient. There must also be an overview over contact person for each delivery as well as the contact person's telephone number and e-mail address.

Requirement: Procedures for environmental management. The assignment requires tenderers who have procedures and systems that ensure that the execution of the delivery has a low environmental impact. Documentation: Description of the company's procedures and systems for ensuring low environmental impact when carrying out the delivery. If the company has environmental certification or ISO 14001:2004 (or a more recent version) or equivalent third party verified systems, such a certificate will be accepted as documentation for fulfilment of the qualification requirement.

Requirement: The tender contest applies to a reserved contract and the tenderer must comply with the requirements stated in the Public Procurement Regulations § 3-12. Documentation: A self-declaration verifying that the requirements stated in the Public Procurement Regulations § 3-12 are fulfilled.
