The assignment is for engineering design services for:
Part 1: County road 17 Strømnes-Sprova.
The assignment consists of engineering design services for county road 17 from Strømnes to Sprova. There shall also be engineering design services for complete tunnels and constructions, as well as the accompanying local roads within the same stretch. The tunnels shall be constructed with cross section T9.5 and tunnel class B. Engineering design services shall be carried out for lighting at the junction area with county road 720, at the junction at Sprova and in both tunnels. Noise calculations shall be carried out and the necessary measures to get the noise level to an acceptable level shall be described. The entire stretch from Strømnes to Sprova has a length along county road of approx. 5 400 m.
A construction plan and the tender documentation (D-chapter) shall be prepared for the construction of county road 17 from Strømnes to Sprova.
Part 2: County road 720 Strømnes- Malm:
The assignment consists of engineering design services for county road 720 from Strømnes to Malm, as well as the accompanying local roads and constructions within the same stretch. Engineering design services shall be carried out for lighting at the junction area with county road 720 and on the western part towards the centre of Malm. Noise calculations shall be carried out and the necessary measures to get the noise level to an acceptable level are to be described.
The entire stretch from Strømnes to Malm has a length of approx. 5 800 m.
A construction plan and the tender documentation (D chapter) shall be prepared for the construction of county road 720 from Strømnes to Malm.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall have the the legal foundation necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations. The tenderer must be registered in a company register as prescribed in the country where the tenderer is established.
Company registration certificate (enclosed with the tender in Form G9).
A tax and VAT certificate shall be presented.
Similarly, all foreign tenderers must provide a certificate of having fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the laws of the country where they are established.
If 1 or several of the companies have not enclosed tax certificates, the contracting authority will set a short additional deadline for sending the certificates.
Enclose the tax certificates (a tax certificate from the municipal treasurer, cf. G5, and a tax certificate from the tax collector cf. G6, respectively) with the tender in accordance with Form G1.
All Norwegian and foreign tenderers who will carry out work in Norway shall submit a HSE self-declaration. The self-declaration shall be in Norwegian.
If one or several of the companies has not submitted a HSE self-declaration, the contracting authority will set a short additional deadline for sending the HSE self-declaration.
The form for the HSE self-declaration (cf. template G7) is to be enclosed in accordance with form G1.
