At the announcement of contract there is a total of 224 buried solutions in Follo Ren IKS' owner municipalities. These are placed in 53 different housing cooperatives/coowners of 83 different stand locations. The distribution between units of residual waste and paper-board/paper/drink cartons is relatively equal, with 115 for residual waste and 106 for paper-board/paper/drink cartons. There are only 3 entities for plastic packaging and this number will probably increase.We expect an even increase in the future of the number of buried solutions for residual waste and paper-board/paper/drink cartons, with approx. 30-40 units per year.

— Tax certificate:
The tax certificates that are now issued are joint certificates for tax, payroll tax and VAT. The tax certificate on form RF-1244 is no longer issued. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The company's annual accounts with auditor confirmation from the last 3 years — in total, and for the services included in the contract.
— Credit appraisal/rating — not older than 6 months from the receipt of tenders and based on the last known fiscal figures. A rating should be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: — The tenderer must have the economic capacity to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. A reference list of the documentation for similar assignments the last 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients.
2. The documentation shall be given in 1 of the following ways:
— Description of the company's routines regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility, manufacturing process and continuous analysis and improvement.
— If the tenderer holds an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, this may be attached.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. The tenderer is required to have experience with similar assignments, executed during the last 3 years. ‘Similar assignment’ means contracts on collection and transport of waste.
2. The tenderer should have a quality system.
