Statsbygg constructs, administers and operates premises for official activities in the civil sector. Statsbygg administers an area of 2 800 000 m2 divided in approx 2 300 buildings and 600 property blocks, and executes 150 large and minor construction projects. In order to achieve better follow-up of our contractors, contractual terms and conditions as well as our responsibility as a contracting authority, Statsbygg wishes to enter into a framework agreement for an electronic registration system/card readers for HSE cards in the building and construction industry.

Statsbygg's construction sites or properties in operation does not currently require electronic registration, but it may be relevant to implement a requirement thereof for all, or some of our construction sites and properties. Consequently, the scope of this framework agreement cannot be estimated.The agreement shall cover all of Statsbygg's construction sites and properties where electronic registration with HSE cards is required. Each project manager/ operating manager will make call-offs against this framework agreement.
