Tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
— Tax and duty certificate;
— Foreign tenderers must submit certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
A credit rating is required from a certified credit rating company, Dun&Bradstreet, Lindorff or equivalent, not older than 6 months, with a minimum result of ‘Credit Worthy’.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience, knowledge and good references are required within the electricity market, the delivery of electricity, portfolio management (clearing concept), administration of electricity certificates, invoice administration for customers with many installations (equivalent customers to the contracting authority).

Documentation requirement:
— Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important deliveries for the last three years (listed below), including information on recipients (names and e-mail addresses), the scope of deliveries in GWh, as well as time frames.
The tenderer must must have an implemented quality assurance system.
— Description of quality assurance systems and vital procedures, including certificates issued by accredited quality control agencies.
Tenderers shall have a valid actor contract as a trade and clearing representative with Nasdaq OMX for activities covered by this procurement.
Copy of an actor contract or confirmation from Nasdaq OMX.
If a tenderer is planning to hand over parts of the contract to sub-suppliers, provide a brief description of the sub-suppliers and indicate which parts they will perform.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must obtain and enclose a binding statement from the companies in question or other proof that documents that the tenderer can use the offered resources.
