The scope and purpose of the procurement.
The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement on electrician services, including accompanying materials. The tenderer shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be executed by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requests otherwise. The Contracting Authority also have framework agreements on other subject areas. The works may, if relevant and required, be transferred to other suppliers included in the framework agreement. The annual contract value is estimated to: 2 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is an estimate only and must therefore be considered as an estimate and not binding for the Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority has an option for inspections of electrical installations by the use of thermo photography.

Tax and VAT certificates (statutory).

The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT. Documentation requirement: a certificate showing paid VAT, taxes and social security contributions is required. The certificate shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the tenderer is established (the Norwegian certificate for tax and VAT is common and can be ordered from altinn.no, former RF-1244) in accordance with the laws and regulations in the country of origin. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
