The procurement concerns delivery of electrical services to the Contracting Authority's buildings in respectively Tromsø, Harstad, and Narvik.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
The tenderer is required to be an certified electrical installation group L (low voltage installations in industry/construction/hospital/automation)
and certified telecommunications installer.
UNN Tromsø tenderer — Certified service provider on Systimax computer cabling materials.
Connected with an approved apprenticeship scheme and have apprentices in their own firm.
Documentation:
— Company Registration Certificate
— The service provider must enclose documentation/certificates from respectively DSB and PT, showing that the tenderer has the necessary installation approvals. It should be clearly stated in the tender offer who has these certifications.
— When the Contracting Authority in Tromsø uses cabling and connective materials from Systimax, it is a pre-requisit that the tenderer is approved or can document that he can be an approved and user of this material.
— Proof of membership from any apprenticeship scheme.
— Confirmation of apprentices in their own business.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tax certificates not older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tax certificates are defined as:
— Tax and payroll tax certificates.
— VAT certificate.
— The tenderer's annual report for recent fiscal years.
— Presentation of the tenderer's last two financial statements with notes and including the auditor's report.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Norwegian tenderers must have arranged conditions with respect to payment of tax, employer contributions and VAT.
Tenderers are required to have good economic and financial solidity, equivalent to an equity share that is >10 %, so that the tenderer shall be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Tenderers shall enclose a list of three of their most important deliveries during the last three yeras for the services that are comparable with this, including the deliveries value, dates and recipient.
— Tenderers are asked to describe their own organisation/wirksomhet Typically it should state how many employees are normally used for engineering design/installation, to drive service vehicles and the number of foremen for these. Overview of the number of electricians that shall also be documented.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderer must demonstrate that he has the necessary background and competence to carry out the assignment.
Tenderers are required to have a number of electricians employed in their business, which leads to the contract obligations being met.
For UNN Tromsø this means that the tenderer must have theirs. Ten locally employed electricians in addition to Daily leaders operations leader.
For UNN Harstad and UNN Narvik, this means that the tenderer must have at least. Five locall employees (at each location) in addition to Daily manager/operations manager.
