Requirement 1:

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation Requirement 1:

Documentation Requirement for Norwegian tenderers.

Copy of Business Registration Certificate as registered in the Brønnøysund Registrer Centre.

Documentation Requirement for Foreign Parties:

Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement 2:

Tax certificate:

Tenderers shall have orderly conditions regarding payment of tax and VAT.

Documentation Requirement 2:

A certificate from The Norwegian Directorate of Taxes (RF-1316), issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration for — VAT, tax and employer contribution.

The certificate must not be older than 6 months, calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Documentation Requirement for foreign tenderers.

Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have orderly conditions in relation to the payment of tax and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

Requirement 3:

HSE self-declaration.

The tenderer shall have a well functioning HSE system.

Tenderer shall submit a self-declaration that they fulfil statutory requirements within Health, Environment and Safety (HSE) in accordance with the attached form, Annex D.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1:

The tenderer shall have sufficient technical competence and certificates to execute the work.

Documentation Requirement 1:

The tenderer shall document that they have the necessary certificates for installation of up to 400V equipment, and posses EMC expertise.

Requirement 2:

The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to complete the delivery.

Documentation Requirement 2:

The tenderer shall account for the number of employees with relevant competence, who will be associated with the assignment.

Requirement 3:

The tenderer shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.

Documentation Requirement 3:

The supplier shall present 3 similar deliveries from the last 3 years on a separate sheet. Similar deliveries means large industrial installations (not regular electrician work in normal buildings/houses) that can be relevant in regard to electro work connected with containers, generators, etc.

The presentation shall give a brief overview of what was delivered and the scope, as well as name, position, telephone number and email address for the client's contact person.

The Contracting Authority shall be given the opportunity to contact the reference persons. The tenderer must have informed the reference person in advance that they may be contacted.
