This competition is for the 6 new module houses.The houses are planned/designed as module buildings with a ring wall as the foundation, but the foundation shall be delivered by another contractor.The houses shall be constructed as a turnkey contract with energy requirements in accordance with TEK10. In addition, an option price is wanted for the buildings to be constructed as passive house in accordance with NS 3700.The planned start of the work is May/June 2016. The work is expected to be completed during December 2016.
