E134 Morgedal — Mostøyl

The E134 shall be completely rebuilt on a stretch of approx. 3 000 m between Morgedal and
Mostøyl. Dimensioning class U-H2 with 8.5 m road width. There are three minor bridges with lengths of 8-8-5 m on the lot. The road is to be built on both the old and a new route. The annual daily traffic count is approx. 2 400. Approx. 155 000 m³ rock shall be blasted in a line divided between 2 bigger full-cuttings in addition to half-cuttings. There is approx. 110 000 m³ filling and frost protection.
The road shall be built with a total superstructure of 1.8 m. There will be open drainage.
Three waste disposal sites are regulated on the stretch.
The project is model based. A web-hotel (E-room) shall be used for processing the
documents in the contract.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax and VAT certificate not older than six months.
— Tenderers shall have systems and routines that ensure that the HSE work is operated in a systematic manner in accordance with the internal control regulations, cf. the confirmation in the tender documentation's E5 tender form.
— The average of the H1-value for the last three years should be lower than 15. If the H1-value is higher than this, an account shall be given of the developing trend for the H1-value and possibly the F-value, which will express the severity of any high H1-value. Furthermore, a report on whether improvement measures are implemented, and if so, also documentation on the effectiveness of these, should accompany the tender.

— Organisation of the implementation of the contract requires sufficient manpower and that the tenderer has sufficient capacity and ability to manage unexpected contractual conditions. A statement of how the tenderer will organise the execution of the contract shall be enclosed with the tender.

— The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. Information on such shall be enclosed with the tender.
— The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner. Information about contracts the tenderer has had in the last few years, with names of references at the contracting authority, shall accompany the tender.

— Tenderers who are newly established companies and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the what it takes to carry out the contract. The tenderer shall report their company formation and employee expertise. Planned organisation for the assignment and CV s for the key personnel in the project organisation are extremely important. This also applies for companies that merge or are acquired by another company during the tendering process.
