The assignment is for the execution of work for the Main Project E134 Damåsen — Saggrenda, lot; Contract 30 Trollerudmoen — Saggrenda in Kongsberg municipality, approx. 4,7 km. The average annual daily traffic on the existing E134 is approx. 9 000.
The work will consist of the construction of:
— Approx. 4,7 km new 2-lane road with a central reservation and overtaking section (1,2 km).
— 2 junctions at Saggrenda.
— Other local roads.
— Moane tunnel, approx. 350 m including portals, width 14,5 m.
— Vollås tunnel, approx. 500 m including portals, width 14,5 m.
— Saggrenda bridge, approx. 310 m.
— 2 other bridges in a line and a local road bridge.
— 3 culverts for local roads.
— 4 technical buildings and 1 barrier building (technical building for operating the barrier installations).
— Various support walls.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
— Tenderers shall have a system and routines that ensure that the HSE work is operated in a systematic manner in accordance with the internal control regulations, cf. the confirmation in the E5 tender form.
If the tenderer is a working partnership, attached to the tender there must be a declaration of joint and several liability to the Contractor and third parties.
— The average H1-value for the last 3 years should be lower than 8. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.

— The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. Information on reference projects shall be enclosed with the tender.
— The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner. Information on contracts that the tenderer has had in the last few years, with names of references at the contracting authority, shall be enclosed with the tender.
