District heating shall be established in large parts of down town Finnsnes. This contract addresses district heating in Helsesenterveien and Øvre Hamna up to the nursing home/health centre and Finnsnes Primary School and Lower Secondary School.
Simultaneously to the establishment of district heating, Lenvik kommune shall upgrade Helsesenterveien up to the intersection of Øvre Hamna and move the junction 30 metres and adjust the school area access road.
The works consist of upgrading of the intersection, alteration of Helsesenterveien and the turnaround at the old Primary School. In addition, street lights shall be established in the municipal part of the tender offer as well as district heating for the entire stretch.
