Vox (The Norwegian Agency for Lifelong Learning) is responsible for development, maintenance and organisation of tests in Norwegian and social studies for adult immigrants. The assignment include procurement of an overall software solution (henceforth referred to as the solution) for implementation of tests in Norwegian and social studies. Vox shall hire access to the solution from the tenderer. Vox shall not own and operate the solution, Vox shall own the data in the solution. The tenderer must enter into a data processing agreement with Vox. The solution shall also be used in implementation of net courses for external examiners in connection with assessment of tests for oral communication in Norwegian.
