The contractor must have a proactive approach to HSEQ and seek continuous improvement at all levels in the organization and in the projects and shall satisfy the requirements stated below.
The contractor is required to:
— Comply with relevant Norwegian legislative requirements and / or other national legislation in countries where the contractor operates.
— Have documented and implemented a quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2008 ( 2015) or equivalent.
— Have documented and implemented an environmental management system based ISO 14001: 2004 ( 2015), EMAS or equivalent.
