A price and design contest, partnering phase. After the partnering phase, a turnkey contract will be entered into with the winner of the price and design contest. This winner shall then implement the detailed engineering design and construction.

Demolition of Ytterøy school, community centre and indoor swimming pool.Construction of new Ytterøy school, nursery school and community centre — total approx. 2 000 m2.The tender contest shall be executed as a price and design contest with a partnering phase.Other information apart from what is given in the tender documents will not be given.Applications for pre-qualification are to be sent to: WSP Norge AS, Granåsvegen 15 B, 7069 Trondheim in 1 folder and 1 memory stick.Progress:Deadline for pre-qualification: 9.3.2016 at 12:00 noon.Five to six groups of contractors, architects, landscape architects as well as consulting engineers for building engineering (RIB), HVAC engineering (RIV) and electro engineering (RIE) will be pre-qualified.In the actual tender contest all pre-qualified participants will be paid 250 000 NOK.
