Bærum kommune (Bærum municipality)

The objective of the procurement is to enter into 2 framework agreements for the delivery and paving of asphalt materials on roads and spaces and associated asphalt works. The framework agreements will ensure Asker and Bærum municipalities have the aforementioned works carried out in a flexible and effective manner, as well as providing predictability for the Contracting Authority in terms of execution. In addition, the agreement shall facilitate roads and spaces in both municipalities being of a satisfactory quality. The works shall be carried out as needed in the period 2016-2019 for Asker and Bærum municipalities, in accordance with the attached requirement specification and price summary.

The contract period is 2 years with an option for prolonging of the contract 1 or more times up to 2 years. The total agreement period is up to 4 years upon release of full option.

Extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit company, which includes a credit rating of the tenderer — typically given by a letter or a short text, as well as an explanation of this. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The date must be clear.

Requirement:
— The tenderer is required to have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract. If the tenderer at the time of tender offer does not have capacity internally in the company, a plan must be submitted for how the resources shall be procured and a guarantee that the resources are available for the execution of the works.

— Contractor shall hold attestation of central certification pursuant to The Planning and Building Act of 27.6.2008, chapter 22 and the Building Application Regulation (SAK10) chapter 13, as responsible executing party in the relevant disciplines of Road and ground works, enterprise classification 2 for both sub-contract 1 and 2. For the execution of pot hole patching, it is accepted that any executing sub-contractor has enterprise classification 1 if the tenderer/contracted party has enterprise classification 2.
