Oslo University Hospital (OUS) c/o The Purchasing Department hereby invites tenderers to a competition for entering into contract regarding electro technical works on the southern generators that supply emergency power for Ullevål Hospital, Kirkeveien 166, Oslo. Start up is planned for the end of September 2016 and completion in May 2017. The Contractor requests tender offers on: — Contact K401 New emergency supply generators on the basis of NS 8405: 2008. The Contractor simultaneously collects contracts on K201 Foundations, K202 Morgue Demolition, K402 Generator distributions in containers and Interaction Contract K405 electro technical works. By allocating the interaction responsibility to 1 of the juxtaposed contracts, the Contractor wants to ensure that they get a well coordinated execution of the project in close collaboration with the hospital in operation. In this instances, ‘hospital in operation’ means extremely critical activity in the affected building connected to the emergency power supply. The Contractor has a duty to actively collaborate with the interaction contractor, other contractors, the Contractor's project manager and construction manager. The project comprises new generators that shall supply the hospital's south area with emergency power. The area includes buildings with the most patient critical somatic activity with many operating theatres. The buildings that shall be connected to the southern generators are buildings 2+3+4+6+7+8+9+13+14+16+17. Improvement of infrastructure, excavation and cabling to the buildings is not included in the execution of this project/contract. The following ins included in this project: Four (4) new emergency power generators shall be delivered in container solutions at Ullevål University Hospital. There are currently 3 emergency power generators in containers that supply several buildings with backup power/emergency power. New generators are being co-located between buildings 13 and 14 in a 3+N solution. This description includes delivery and installation of distributions including containers. The existing three (3) emergency power generators in containers shall be transported away and possibly reconstructed in order to suit OUS Ullevål's control and monitoring system for emergency power generators as well as be prepared for Auto Test Function. The generators will be stored until they can be reconstructed and relocated at a suitable northern area location. Reconstruction and re-installation will be part of contract K411 which at the time of writing no decision has been made for the implementation. The emergency power system should be in full operation at all times and phases are planned in an interaction memorandum. Collaboration has been facilitated with other contracts: Southern area: K201 Foundation; K202 Morgue demolition; K402 New board containers and communications containers; K405 Coupling of generators and board containers; K501 Monitoring/control SCADA and PMS (tender documentation is not determined for publication as of today's date). Qualification Requirement: Tenderer shall provide certificates for tax and VAT.
