Contract for the procurement of access for the exchange of IP communication over the Internet

Norsk Helsenett SF

Norsk Helsenett shall enter into a contract with a tenderer who shall provide a service that gives IP (IPv4/IPv6) access for the exchange of IP communication over the Internet and by national actors in an efficient way. Norsk Helsenett shall have control over the interface with the service provider of such a service, so that Norsk Helsenett has control of the IP traffic in this interface for, amongst other things, prioritising traffic and IDS/IPS functionality. The requested service is therefore only the establishment of ‘transit peering’ for the exchange of IP traffic from Helsenett and to national and international destinations.
