The objective of the procurement is to enter into a nationwide framework agreement for engineering design management and engineering consulting services in i.a. construction HVAC, architecture, technical drawing, electrical, geo-technical, automation, building physics, fire, safety and acoustics.
It will also be relevant to assist with expertise in HSE and outer environment, also to safeguard roles imposed by the builder regulation etc., for example KP and KU.
Relevant assignments during the agreement period can be both individual discipline and cross discipline project teams.
PFT Eiendom will be the point of contact for further procurement and call-offs on the framework agreement. Therefore there will be a need for regular meetings between the Contracting Authority and the tenderer, preferably at the Contracting Authority's premises or on-site at the project addresses.
