The framework agreement terms will be regulated by the contract terms, which are in the template for the framework agreement. Specific call-off contracts will also be signed for each assignment. These call-off contracts will be based on the contracting authority's award contracts for NS 8401, NS 8402 and NS 8403.The Contracting Authority needs to purchase various consulting and engineering design services for the execution of projects in connection with development, operation and maintenance of roads. The need is related to variation of the assignment quantity.The Contracting Authority needs consultants in the following areas:— Sub-project managers;— Construction managers, the disciplines of road, construction, tunnel, electrical;— Control engineers, the disciplines of road, construction, tunnel, electrical;— Coordinator in accordance with The Builder Regulation.The framework agreement will be used in connection with the need for external competence and capacity for Nye Veier AS's development projects within roads. The road stretches are described in the parliamentary proposition 25 (2014/2015). The framework agreement is divided into 2 sub-contract, including project area Hamar and project area Arendal. For a more detailed description please refer to the performance description.The framework agreements does not establish buyer obligation, and the framework agreement itself is not an order. The estimated total value of all assignments under the framework agreement is estimated to be between 80 000 000 NOK and 90 000 000 NOK. The assignment quantity must be able to deviate in both positive and negative directions.
