The Contracting Authority needs to purchase various consulting and engineering design services and construction management for the execution of projects in connection with development, operations and maintenance of roads. The need is related to variation of the assignment quantity and to ensure the supply of capacity and competence for the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has needs in the following areas:
— Sub-project managers, including project management, risk management, costs and progress control;
— Construction management in the disciplines of road, construction, tunnel and electrical;
— Control engineers in the disciplines of road, construction, tunnel and electrical;
— Coordinators in accordance with the The Builder Regulations.

The road stretches are described in the parliamentary proposition 25 (2014/2015). The framework agreement is divided into 2 sub-contract, including project area Hamar and project area Arendal. For a more detailed description please refer to the performance description.The framework agreements does not establish buyer obligation, and the framework agreement itself is not an order. The estimated total value of all assignments under the framework agreement is estimated to be between 80 000 000 NOK and 90 000 000 NOK. The assignment quantity must be able to deviate in both positive and negative directions.
